What happens at each step

Step 1 — We build your website front door

First we build your website — a clean, fast, mobile-friendly home base for your shop that shows off your food, your space, and your hours. It's yours from day one, and it's the foundation everything else runs on. This is a one-time setup, then the membership takes over.

Step 2 — We set up Google and AI visibility

Next we get you found. We set up and polish your Google Business Profile, connect your social accounts, and tune your online info so Google and AI assistants understand your shop and recommend it when someone nearby is looking. This is the part most local shops never get around to — and it's where we start.

Step 3 — Every month, you send photos and we run it

From there it's effortless. You snap photos and short clips on your phone and send them over. We turn them into social posts (and short videos or Reels on higher plans), keep your Google profile fresh, keep you visible on search and AI, make small website updates, and send you a plain-English report each month. You run the shop, we handle it online.
